Maycee jae turns 3

my little macer monster is now three going on twenty one- ya i remember people saying this about their kids but honestly did not think they were serious... 8 a.m. driving to the bank she says " ohhhhh mommmm um i forgot to put on my make up" she was so serious with open mouth and hand covering it. Next day, again in the car "dad... hand me my FREAKING lipstick" repeated ten times so snottily. Walking past Victoria's secret in the mall, she drags me in jumping up and down begging to get her more sparkly lip stick and mascara ( ya embarrassed to say my then two year old knows about mascara. and applies it perfectly. mouth open head tilt and all. She takes perfect sections when putting extensions in her clients hair, polishes great(sadly better than me), and can totally hold her own! i love this little thing and she is always keeping me on my toes! Happy Birthday sis:)

Happy Anniversary to us!

Wow 8yrs have gone by really fast!!! I am greatfull to be married to such a wonderfull man, who would have thought that after only dating three months we would still be together!! HA HA.. we had some doubters:) Marriage is a lifetime of growing and learning.... i am glad to grow and learn with you trav!!! To another year!

sheer excitement walking into class

1st day of kindergarten!!!

trae LOVES kindergarten at woodland hills!! he is a character, he got name tag from his teacher and next to his name was a grasshopper sticker. he was told to find the desk and cubby to match the grasshopper sticker, he started jumping up and down in front of his teacher and said" How did you know i love grasshopperrs" and if you know trae you can just hear the excitement in his voice!

Pediactric centers fun run!

Sat we took the kids to community park for the fun run- we had a great time! Trae ran the whole time and of course thought it was awesome when he got a trophy(necklace)!!!

grandmas cabin pedicures

A week after jax was born we headed to the cabin for some time away and a lot of serious granny 911. After a long pregnancy i needeed help with my wild kids- and grandma came to the rescue!! They are both doing great now thanks to her ground rules:) But of course it wasn't all work and no play... We played on the lake and rode 4 wheelers, we even went to yellowstone to see the bears. I have decided this should be a quarterly tradition!!
